Please join us for a memorable night to celebrate Erika's life and support Epilepsy research.
For admission, we're requesting a $20 donation HERE to the Epilepsy Foundation or $25 at the door. The event will be held at the Bell in Hand Tavern in downtown Boston on November 15th starting at 5PM.
We are holding this event for our dear Erika who we tragically lost suddenly due to SUDEP earlier this year. SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death from Epilepsy) is an extremely mysterious consequence of living with epilepsy and there is some research to be found, but not nearly enough. Many times there are no warning signs or any prevention techniques whatsoever. Doctors and scientists at the SUDEP Institute (part of the Epilepsy Foundation) continue to gather research to learn more and hopefully prevent such sudden tragedies in the future.
Erika was a fiancee, she was a daughter, she was a sister, and a dear friend to all of us. She was taken from us far too early as her life was about to begin. The only good thing that can come out of this is that, with our help, others with epilepsy in the future can live their lives.
We know many of you live out of town so we understand that it may not be possible to attend this event. Please consider making a donation to this wonderful foundation!
There will be complimentary appetizers available and a cash bar. We also have some amazing raffle prizes and items up for silent auction!
So please join us to celebrate Erika's legacy and the hope of curing this horrible disease.
